For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
Your access to and use of the Hawkbet Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement becomes effective upon the earlier of: (a) your completion of the account registration process; (b) your first login to the Platform; or (c) your first deposit or wager.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Hawkbet, including sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events; live dealer casino games; slot games; lottery; arcade games; and any future products introduced on the Platform.
Hawkbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via in-platform notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To be eligible to open and operate a Hawkbet account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Hawkbet does not accept registrations or wagers from players located in certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Hawkbet accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Player who accesses the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Hawkbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and country of residence. Any misrepresentation of personal information may result in account termination without refund.
Hawkbet is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of eWallet or bank account in the Player's name).
Our KYC team aims to complete standard verification within 2 hours of document submission during business hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where circumstances require further due diligence.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Hawkbet will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to keep their password secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Hawkbet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Hawkbet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Hawkbet aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable KYC requirements.
Hawkbet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal where the requested amount exceeds applicable thresholds or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Hawkbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of 20x to 30x the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 25x wagering requirement requires the Player to place aggregate eligible wagers of RM2,500 before the bonus converts.
All sports betting markets on Hawkbet — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, UFC, Formula 1, and other markets — are governed by our standard betting rules as published in the relevant market specifications. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.
Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by our system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Hawkbet reserves the right to void a wager in the event of: manifest pricing errors, system or data feed failures, events that do not commence or complete as scheduled, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Hawkbet reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at any time without prior notice. Maximum win limits per event and per day may apply and will be communicated to Players upon request.
A bet may be voided under the following circumstances: (a) the event is abandoned and not replayed within 48 hours; (b) a palpable error in odds is identified; (c) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. All void bets will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Hawkbet Platform:
Hawkbet reserves the right to immediately suspend and investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Confirmed breaches may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Hawkbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, software, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of Hawkbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, modification, public performance, or any commercial exploitation of any Platform content; screen-scraping or systematic extraction of data; or use of any Hawkbet trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hawkbet, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
Hawkbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We do not guarantee that results, outcomes, or odds will be error-free at all times.
In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a disputed outcome, Hawkbet's decision as to the correct resolution shall be final, subject to our formal complaints procedure.

Hawkbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any applicable verification checks. Hawkbet shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a Player's inability to access their account during a suspension period that has been imposed in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hawkbet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Players who wish to raise a formal complaint against Hawkbet may do so by contacting our customer support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
Hawkbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify Players via a prominent in-platform notice or by email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
